New Programming Contract
Please Complete New Contract

Dear DATV Member:

DATV is implementing a new Programming Contract.  Read and sign the enclosed document and return to me by February 8, 2010. By signing the contract you agree to abide by all DATV Rules and Regulation with each program you turn in during your membership at DATV. You then turn in the new version of the Program Release that is enclosed or in the Volunteer Lounge or website at www.datv.org  along with the MPEG Files.

If you have not already started turning in MPEG Files you will need to learn how by attending a Womble Workshop being held: Feb 1st 10am-12pm, Feb 9th 2pm-4pm, Feb 9th 6pm-8pm, call Dorothy to sign up.

If you have someone that drops off DVDs, they can take the womble workshop for $20 and womble the programs for you. (This fee does not include any other workshops).  We will stop airing DVD’s very soon so please contact me to make arrangements for this adjustment.

No series programs will be processed if it is turned in on Fridays.

All Series programs must be turned in by Noon Thursday before the following week in order to air. If you have not paid your 2010 membership, please do so by January 31, 2010 in order to keep your timeslot and use DATV facilities.
